This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. We process personal data only when you contact us, and as technically necessary to deliver the pages.
Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)
The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, on behalf of Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver the content and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our cooperation with Cloudflare is based on a data processing agreement; for transfers to the USA, Cloudflare states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Retention periods and details are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f)). E-mails are stored in the hotel's mailbox and deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Booking
If you book a room, we process the data required (name, address, contact details, details of your stay, payment details) to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, in particular the Federal Registration Act (Bundesmeldegesetz) (Art. 6(1)(c)). No online booking engine is currently embedded on this website; as soon as one is, we will add the provider to this policy.
